Considering 149,000 unfilled IT positions in Germany and average vacancy durations of 7.7 months per position, the demand for qualified IT professionals is enormous. Also in 2024, many IT professionals will continue to be sought after to implement and shape digital transformation in companies. With only 22% of companies considering foreign IT professionals, there is a significant opportunity to close this gap.
We aim to bridge the gap between motivated, well-educated young talents from Iran and German companies in search of fresh, dynamic IT professionals. With a strong presence in both Germany and Iran, we are uniquely positioned to identify the best talents and connect them with companies that value their skills and ambitions.
